Abstract

The preparation method includes the following steps that oriented nanofibers are obtained through an electrostatic spinning method, grafted copolymer is obtained through a graft copolymerization method, and finally the oriented shish-kebab fiber is obtained through the method that the nanofibers obtained through an electrostatic spinning method induce the grafted copolymer to conduct crystallization. Through the special structure, performance of different polymers can be combined to improve the hydrophilia and the cytocompatibility of electrostatic spinning fibers, and the purpose of stimulating a bone tissue structure on the microscopic scale can be achieved.
