Active ester cross-linking method for hyaluronic acid-methyl cellulose composite gel

Active ester cross-linking method for hyaluronic acid-methyl cellulose composite gel

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biomedical material and tissue engineering, and particularly relates to an active ester cross-linking method for a hyaluronic acid-methyl cellulose composite gel. Polyethylene glycol succinimide succinic anhydride and deacetylated hyaluronic acid are reacted to obtain cross-linking active ester, and the cross-linking active ester is cross-linked with methyl cellulose to form the hyaluronic acid-methyl cellulose composite gel. The composite gel is higher in injection performance, rheological performance and cell compatibility and favorable for minimally invasive repair of damaged central nerves, and cell stimulation is reduced.
