Abstract

The invention relates to a photoinduced dielectrophoresis assembly chip and a method for constructing a gradient-structure gel complex. The method comprises the following steps: (S1) distributing multiple gel micro blocks with different structure attributes and wrapping cells in a photoinduced dielectrophoresis force field to form a gel micro-block complex; and (S2) guiding the large-scale self-assembly behavior of cells to realize a gradient structure of the gel micro-block complex. In the invention, only one way of sine excitation signals is needed while the required voltage is very low, thus the maintenance of cell activity is facilitated, and the cost is reduced. The method provides an extremely essential means for constructing a micro multi-cell structure and developing the control technology in the bio-manufacturing technology, and has a broad application prospect in the fields such as construction of an in-vitro tissue model and tissue engineering.
