Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of porous polymer materials and provides a polylactic acid porous material and a preparation method thereof, aiming at solving the technical problems of introduction of organic solvents into a preparation method of an existing polylactic acid porous material, pore-forming agent residues, difficulty in pore structure control and low in porous material mechanical strength.The polylactic acid porous material is provided with olivary porous forms parallelly arranged along the same direction or round porous forms in layer-by-layer staggered arrangement along the plane.According to the preparation method, polylactic acid and starch particles are composited to form sheets, the sheets are subjected to one-way stretch or two-way stretch to form pores, and the starch particles are degraded.The preparation method has the advantages that natural starch particles deriving from pure plants serve as a pore-forming agent, so that inflammatory reaction caused during tissue engineering application due to the pore-forming agent residues is avoided; the pore-forming agent is removed through a selective biodegradation method, so that introduction of the organic solvents is avoided; the preparation method is clean and environment friendly in preparation process.
