Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a bacterial cellulose (BC) membrane tissue engineering artificial tendon scaffold. The technical scheme is as follows: the preparation method comprises the steps of inoculating a glucoacetobacter xylinus strain into a solid culture medium, activating and then culturing under the condition of a shaker for 24 to 32 hours to prepare a glucoacetobacter xylinus seed solution; inoculating the glucoacetobacter xylinus seed solution into a vinasse degradation liquid composite solution with the inoculum size of 6 to 8 volume percent, standing and culturing at 28DEG C for 4 to 6 days to obtain a bacterial cellulose membrane; taking the bacterial cellulose membrane, flushing, then soaking the bacterial cellulose membrane with distilled water for 24 to 28 hours to obtain a white semitransparent bacterial cellulose membrane. Compared with a traditional polymer material, the bacterial cellulose membrane tissue engineering artificial tendon scaffold disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the bacterial cellulose membrane serves as a scaffold material, the porosity, the water binding capacity, the rehydration capability and mechanical properties meet the requirements; in addition, the bacterial cellulose membrane tissue engineering artificial tendon scaffold has the characteristics of nature, good cell compatibility and the like, and accords with the requirement of the tissue engineering artificial tendon scaffold.
