Abstract

The invention provides a use method of a hollow-core electrostatic spinning nozzle. The nozzle in use is composed of an inner needle tube, an outer needle tube and a hollow tube. A needle opening is machined in the inner needle tube, is perpendicular to the axial direction of the inner needle tube and transversely penetrates through the inner diameter of the inner needle tube, and the surface of the needle opening is subjected to surface treatment. The hollow tube is coaxially installed in the inner needle tube. The hollow tube and the inner needle tube are coaxially installed in the outer needle tube. The use method includes the steps that firstly, according to properties of solutions used in an experiment, the inner needle tube, the outer needle tube and the hollow tube are cleaned with solvent or deionized water; secondly, a liquid supply system of the inner needle tube or the outer needle tube is opened, a nitrogen valve of the hollow tube is opened, and the flow speed is adjusted; thirdly, electrostatic spinning parameters are set; fourthly, after spinning, the nozzle is cleaned and dried for use. The nozzle has the advantages that mixed electrostatic spinning of two or more solutions with different components can be achieved, great convenience is brought to processing functional fiber materials of core-shell structures and porous structures, the nozzle can be widely used in the fields of medicine sustained release, tissue engineering, medicine carriers and the like and can be operated according to a single-needle-tube nozzle, and the operation process is simple.
