Method for testing potency of CFS (classical swine fever) genetic engineering subunit vaccine

Abstract

The invention provides a method for testing potency of a CFS (classical swine fever) genetic engineering subunit vaccine. After the CFS genetic engineering subunit vaccine (293T-E2) is injected into rabbits with negative CFS virus ELSIA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay) antibody, immunization is performed for a period of time, then a CFS live vaccine (spleen and lymp tissue origin) is injected, and protection rate reaches 100% or higher. Results of rabbit based immunity challenge and swine based immunity challenge are consistent, so that the method can replace a testing method adopting swine for immunity challenge, the detection period is shortened, the detection cost is reduced, the operability is strong, the result is easy to determine, and biological safety is high.
