Abstract
This invention relates to an apparatus for low temperature and rapid manufacturing of support structures. The support structures manufactured are used for supporting low temperature manufacturing tissue engineering scaffold. The manufacturing apparatus includes: a frame; an annular temperature guide member provided in the frame; a temperature guide platform, provided in the middle of the annular temperature guide member, and the edge of the temperature guide platform directly contacting the inner wall of the annular temperature guide member, and the temperature guide platform and the annular temperature guide member together forming a space; a low temperature generating mechanism connected to the annular temperature guide member to cool the annular temperature guide member; and a spray member located above the temperature guide platform to spray the support material to the space. The manufacturing apparatus of the present invention rapidly creates a support structure in a low-temperature manufacturing condition, which facilitates the deposition of the scaffold material for the low temperature manufacturing tissue engineering scaffold to the support structure, so that the low temperature manufacturing tissue engineering scaffold forms a specific structure.
