Abstract
The invention relates to regenerative medicine and tissue engineering and can be used for producing collagen sponge by lyophilization.Summary of the process consists in that collagen solution is poured into a cylinder, hermetically sealed at one end with a lid covered with tin foil from inside, after which the cylinder with the collagen solution is placed in the vacuum chamber of a lyophilizer and is frozen at a temperature of -60°C, for 30…40 min, then is extracted from the lyophilizer for 20…40 s, is turned the cylinder with the collagen upwards, is removed the lid and is withdrawn the tin foil, after which the cylinder is re-placed in the vacuum chamber of the lyophilizer for 24…30 hours.
