23 Jul In-vivo structuring method of vascularization tissue engineering fat flap
Abstract
The invention discloses an in-vivo structuring method of a vascularization tissue engineering fat flap. The structuring method includes steps of 1) separated culture and flow cytometry detection of fatty stem cells; 2), separation and selection of immunomagnetic beads CD54 (+) adipose-derived stem cells and in-vitro mark; (3), HIF-1 alpha gene modified CD54 (+)adipose-derived stem cells and its expansion in vitro; 4) HIF-1 alpha gene modified CD54 (+)adipose-derived stem cells and collagen sponge scaffold are mixed and then implanted to an animal body; after 12 weeks, the transplant is taken out; the histological detection identifies the biological characteristics of the newborn vascularization tissue engineering fat flap. The method has the beneficial effects that the method provides a reliable theoretical basis for tissue engineering, regenerative medicine study and its treatment in promoting wound repair, tissue regeneration and beautifying and anti-aging clinically.
