Polycaprolactone electrostatic spun stent and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering materials and particularly relates to a polycaprolactone electrostatic spun stent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises preparing electrostatic spun polycaprolactone; aminating the electrostatic spun polycaprolactone to obtain aminated electrostatic spun polycaprolactone; cross-linking the aminated electrostatic spun polycaprolactone with carboxymethyl chitosan to obtain a carboxymethyl chitosan-polycaprolactone stent. The preparation method of the polycaprolactone electrostatic spun stent is simple, and the prepared carboxymethyl chitosan-polycaprolactone stent is ultrahigh in porosity; through aminated modification of polycaprolactone membranes and further cross-linking with the carboxymethyl chitosan, the hydrophilicity of materials can be greatly improved, and cell adhesion and proliferation can be facilitated; with the porous and three-dimensional structure simulating extracellular environment, the polycaprolactone electrostatic spun stent is a good substitute material of the field of tissue engineering.
