23 Jul Preparation method and application of supramolecular hydrogel material
Abstract
The invention provides a preparation method of a novel supramolecular hydrogel material and application of the hydrogel material in aspects of tissue engineering, biomedical materials and drug loading. The hydrogel material is prepared from arginine end group modified polyethylene glycol and milt DNA in a charge mole ratio of 2:(1-5) by virtue of electrostatic bonding. The method has the characteristics of being easy and convenient to operate, facilitating purification, having high efficiency and low cost, and being capable of maintaining the original chiral center activity of amino acids in acoupling process. The hydrogel material with a supramolecular network structure prepared by the method is capable of maintaining the biological activities of loaded molecule to the greatest degree and realizing local sustained release of specific targets, and has biodegradability, reversibility and more environmental responsibility and dynamic structure controllability.
