23 Jul Biocompatible and thermosensitive nano-composite epoxy resin and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention relates to biocompatible and thermosensitive nano-composite epoxy resin and a preparation method thereof. The epoxy resin is prepared from alkyl acrylic amide M1 with a thermal-sensitivecharacteristic, inorganic nano powder M2 and polyhydroxyalkanoate M3 with good biocompatibility, wherein a mass percent of the use amounts of the alkyl acrylic amide M1, the inorganic nano powder M2and the polyhydroxyalkanoate M3 is (94 to 60) to (1 to 20) to (5 to 39). The preparation method comprises the steps: performing in-site free radical polymerization reaction on the M1, the M2 and the M3 in a water solution and soaking and decontaminating to obtain the nano-composite epoxy resin with the biocompatibility and the thermosensitivity. The method has the advantages of simple preparationtechnology, easiness and controllability; automatic desorption of cells can be achieved by reducing a temperature; the biocompatibility and the thermosensitivity of the epoxy resin can be adjusted bychanging a density of a crosslinking agent, a use amount of the M3 and components; the epoxy resin can be widely applied to the fields of tissue engineering and the like.
