Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of 3D (three-dimensional) printing drug-loaded type nanometer composite artificial bone and a product and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of preparing of drug-loaded HNTs (halloysite nanotubes), and 3D printing of a stent material of the drug-loaded artificial bone; firstly, using halloysite to load an antibiotic drug TCH (tetracycline hydrochloride) (TCH/HNTs), using PLA (polylactic acid) with biological absorbability as a substrate, and combining with an inorganic material nHA with bone biological activity; adopting a 3D technique to prepare the stent material of the drug-loaded composite nanometer artificial bone. The prepared stent material of the artificial bone using the PLA as the substrate, using the nHA as a biological reinforcing phase and compounding with the drug-loaded HNts through 3D printing has the advantages that the antibacterial effect is better, the good biocompatibility and degradability are realized, the strength and toughness are proper, the bone growth promoting property is realized, and the stent material is a more ideal novel stent material; the pore size and porosity of the prepared stent of the artificial bone can promote the growth of new bones and new blood vessels in tissue engineering, so that the application prospect is good in the field of repair engineeringof bone tissues.
