Abstract

The methodis characterized in that seed cells are planted on a degradable support with a three dimensional structure, then the support is directionally planted in an infarcted cardiac muscle tissue, the seed cells can be differentiated into stem cells of cardiac muscle cells, and the support is made of a degradable polymer material or a biologically derived material. Through a physical method such as femtosecond laser, fusing and spinning, and the like, a skeleton capable of inducing the growth of cardiac muscle stem cells is manufactured. The biological environment for the induced differentiation of cardiac muscle stem cells is improved by anchoring the growth factors. Through approaches such as surgery, puncture, intervene, and the like, cardiac muscle stem cells are gradually planted from the periphery to the center of an infarcted area and from the surface layer to the deep layer. The survival rate and targeting performance of seed cells are improved. Directional differentiation is promoted, the repairing effect is enhanced, and the cardiac muscle stem cell seed has a good application prospect in tissue engineering.
