Abstract

Belonging to the material and tissue engineering field, the invention relates relating to curved surface and tube cavity inner surface complex patterning and prescriptive arrangement of subsequent cells, and particularly relates to a curved surface protein micropatterning making method. The method comprises: making and surface treatment of a PDMS curved surface or tube cavity substrate, close fitting of a Parylene C porous membrane with the tube cavity, incubation of FN protein on the curved surface and permeation to obtain a complex protein pattern, inoculation of a certain density cell sample to achieve prescriptive arrangement and growth of cells. The experiment can highly simulate the survival environment of cells on a complex curved surface structure or organ in vivo, also has the characteristics of simple operation and low cost, and can provide a new idea for study of cells on the surfaces of special tissues and organs.
