Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of a vascularization-promoting bone-tissue engineering stent. The method comprises the step that a chemical sedimentation method is adopted to react water soluble calcium salt, water soluble copper salt, water soluble zinc salt and the aqueous solution of a surface active agent with the aqueous solution of phosphate to prepare calcium-deficient apatite slurry, and powder body is obtained after drying is conducted, wherein the mole ratio of the water soluble calcium salt to the water soluble copper salt and the water soluble zinc salt is 15-168:1:1; the obtained powder body is mixed with a liquid-phase solution to be prepared into slurry and injected into a mold, and a porous calcium orthophosphate ceramic stent is obtained after drying shaping and high-temperature sintering are conducted; microspheres carrying GDF-5 are loaded on the surface of the porous calcium orthophosphate ceramic stent, and the vascularization-promoting bone-tissue engineering stent is obtained after vacuum drying is conducted. The tissue engineering stent has good osteoconductivity, osteoinductive, biological degradation performance and vascularization promoting performance, the difficult problem of the rapid repairing of bone defect is solved, and the method has good actual application prospects.
