The method is simple to operate, short in induction time and high in regeneration rate, not only is an approach provided for the rapid reproduction of excellent alumroot species, but also technical supports are provided for the shortening of alumroot seedling breeding process and the improvement of resistance of the alumroot through agenetic engineering method.
