Abstract
The invention discloses a rapidly degradable chemical bond based PEG hydrogel and a preparation method and applications thereof. The hydrogel is formed by respectively connecting a polyethylene glycolderivative 1 (polyethylene glycol amino) with a polyethylene glycol derivative 2 (polyethylene glycol succinimide ester) and a polyethylene glycol derivative 3 (polyethylene glycol aldehyde group) through a chemical bond 1 and a chemical bond 2; and the chemical bond 1 is beta-carbonyl amide bond, and the chemical bond 2 is schiff base bond. The PEG hemostasis sealing hydrogel has potential applications in the following fields: drug slow releasing materials; tissue engineering scaffolds; medical sponges; visceral organ hemostatic sealants; surface coatings of medical implants; epidermis hemostatic sealing coatings; coatings for burn treatment; and tissue adhesion preventing materials. The gelation speed of the PEG hemostasis sealing hydrogel is fast; the hydrogel can be rapidly formed onthe surfaces of objects and rapidly degraded in the body and on the body surfaces; the hydrogel has excellent hemostasis effects and good biocompatibility, and can be rapidly cleared (disappeared).
