Prostatic cancer high-fat diet model establishment method and application

Prostatic cancer high-fat diet model establishment method and application

Abstract

The invention belongs to fields of biomedicine and genetic engineering and relates to a TRAMP (transgenic adenocarcinoma of mouse prostate) mouse high-fat diet model establishment method and application in prostatic cancer prevention and treatment process research platforms. A prostatic cancer obesity model which takes 40% fat energy supply feed as an intervention measure on the basis of TRAMP mice. Prostate tissue tumor formation, differentiation and metastasis of the model mice are higher than those of TRAMP mice fed with common feed. By comprehensive means of physical measurement, blood biochemical examination, imageological examination and the like, stability of the prostatic cancer obesity model is assessed, and an objective, uniform, stable and precise model and experimental platformfor obesity related factors in prostate cancer occurrence and development are established. The model well reflects influences of high-fat diet on prostate cancer occurrence and development and has ahigh application value in fields of prostatic cancer mechanism research and corresponding medicine screening and efficacy assessment.
