Abstract
The invention discloses a collecting device and method for electrostatic spinning fibers. The collecting device comprises a high-voltage power source and a spinning nozzle electrically connected witha power source positive electrode through a power source positive electrode connecting line. The upper end of the spinning nozzle is detachably connected with a solution injector for supplying spinning solution to the spinning nozzle. The high-voltage power source is provided with a power source negative electrode corresponding to the power source positive electrode. A static liquid receiver is installed below the spinning nozzle. The static liquid receiver is internally provided with collecting solution. An enough voltage difference exists between the spinning nozzle and a receiving device. The electrostatic spinning fibers formed by splitting a jet flow with electricity released from the high-voltage power source positive electrode terminal are suspended on a static liquid collector, andthe spinning fibers are slowly descended in the collecting solution. The electrostatic spinning fibers after curing can reach a designable porous loosened structure because a shape is not changed inspace, a fiber aggregation three-dimensional structure in flexible fluffy structure can be obtained, and porosity of the electrostatic spinning fibers is improved. The electrostatic spinning fibers are particularly suitable for application in tissue engineering and beneficial to adhesion of cells.
