Abstract
The invention discloses a novel inducing system and a inducing method for promoting mesenchymal stem cells to differentiate into cartilage. The invention optimizes the chondrogenic inducing system ofmesenchymal stem cells, innovatively combines KGN pretreatment with traditional inducer TGF-BETA 3, a new inducing system of chondroblast differentiation is formed: seeding cells are pretreated with KGN in vitro, and then performing induced treatment with TGF-BETA 3, mesenchymal stem cells could differentiate into chondrocytes efficiently, and the phenotype of chondrocytes is stable without obvious tendency of ossification. The invention remarkably improves the efficiency of cartilage differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells, and can better play its role as a seed cell of cartilage tissue engineering.
