Abstract
The invention provides a POSS (polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane)-based organic/inorganic hybrid material, a preparation method and an application thereof to bone tissue engineering in order to solve the problem that when an existing organic/inorganic composite material for hard tissue engineering is eroded by body fluid, a high-molecular polymer is degraded firstly, inorganic particles can become free nanoparticles and the material can lose toughness accordingly, and belongs to the technical field of biological composite materials. The space structure of the hybrid material is representedin the description, wherein A represents POSS cages, the general structural formula of the POSS cages is RnSinO1.5n, n is equal to 6, 8, 10 or 12, and B is a reactive flexible arm for connecting the two cages. The invention further provides the preparation method of the hybrid material with click chemistry and an application of the hybrid material as a bone material to the tissue engineering. Theconstructed hybrid material has the advantages of simple reaction operation and mild conditions, and is insensitive to oxygen and water; a product is high in yield, good in selectivity and easy to purify, posttreatment is simple, and the obtained material has quite good mechanical performance and biological activity.
