Abstract
The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and 3D printing, in particular to an artificial tissue precursor and a preparation method thereof. Specifically, the invention relates to the artificial tissue precursor which comprises a solid support and a plurality of microcapsules, wherein at least one microcapsule is bonded with the solid support and each microcapsule contains cells anda cell-encapsulated biocompatible material. The invention further relates to a preparation method for the artificial tissue precursor, a kit and a box set used for preparing the artificial tissue precursor, artificial tissue obtained through culture of the artificial tissue precursor, a lumen implant or lumen model comprising the artificial tissue precursor or the artificial lumen, the application of the artificial tissue precursor in preparation of artificial tissue, the lumen implant or the lumen model, and the application of the artificial tissue in preparation of the lumen implant or thelumen model, wherein the artificial tissue refer to the artificial lumen and the like.
