Abstract

The 3D printing preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, constructing a glenoid labrum three-dimensional model, loading the glenoid labrum three-dimensional model into 3D biological printer application software for processing, and conducting layered slicing on the glenoid labrum three-dimensional model to obtain a multi-layer sliced CAD data model; S2, adding a degradable glenoid labrum stent material taking fish scale collagen as a raw material into a charging barrel of a 3D biological printer, and executing printing according to a CAD data model to obtain the glenoid labrum three-dimensional stent capable of loading cells. According to the 3D printing preparation method ofthe tissue engineering glenoid labrum stent, the glenoid labrum stent printed by taking the fish scale collagen as the raw material has good biodegradability, meanwhile, fish scale is processed and extracted to obtain a fish scale collagen solution, and the fish scale collagen solution is a natural material with bioactivity and has good characteristic of promoting the growth of chondrocytes.
