Abstract
The invention discloses a double-enhanced hydrogel pipe with a controllable structure and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the in-situ free radical polymerization of a mixed solution, containing alkaline phosphatase, of tannic acid, an acrylamide monomer and polyvinyl alcohol by ultraviolet light control initiation, only the reaction liquid on the surface is polymerized, the hydrogel pipe is obtained by removing the intermediate unreacted reaction liquid, and the pipe wall thickness of the hydrogel pipe is conveniently controlled by controlling the ultraviolet light irradiation time. The hydrogel pipe is subjected to the first enhancement, then the enhanced hydrogel pipe is subjected to the second enhancement through the enzymatic mineralization process, and finally the double-enhanced high-strength hydrogel pipe with the controllable structure is obtained. The preparation method is simple and convenient in operation, and the special structure of tannic acid polyphenol hydroxyl groups is creatively utilized to make the hydrogel structure be controllable in the preparation process. The prepared hydrogel pipe has high mechanical strength, and can provide an ideal candidate material for the aspects of tissue engineering cell culture, artificial blood vessel preparation and the like.
