Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of tissue engineering, and specifically relates to a preparation method of oriented tissue engineering scaffolds with a shell-core structure. The preparation methodof the oriented tissue engineering scaffolds with the shell-core structure comprises the following steps: a, preparing a core-layer spinning stock solution; b, preparing a shell-layer spinning stock solution; c, carrying out coaxial electrospinning; and d, carrying out drying and shaping. The preparation method of the oriented tissue engineering scaffolds with the shell-core structure solves the disadvantages of relatively poor mechanical strength, difficult shaping, excessively rapid degradation in vivo and impossible standardization of preparation processes of existing tissue engineering scaffolds made of natural bioactive materials, as well as the disadvantages of relatively poor mechanical strength and difficult balancing of relationship between active sites and degradation propertiesof existing tissue engineering scaffolds made of synthetic degradable materials; and thus, an oriented structure capable of adjusting degradation performance according to need under the premise of ensuring mechanical properties is realized.
