Abstract
The invention relates to the field of biological medical materials, tissue engineering and medicine and discloses an active substance sustained release material system for tissue repairing and a preparation method thereof. The active substance sustained release material system comprises an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer, wherein the outer layer is a sodium alginate/bioactive glass/glucolactone composite injectable hydrogel layer, the middle layer is a sodium alginate hydrogel microsphere layer wrapping repairing factors, and the inner layer is a polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer microsphere layer wrapping medicine. The active substance sustained release material system has the advantages that the repairing factors and medicine wrapped in the materials can be sequentially released according to different stages of tissue regeneration during wound repairing to provide corresponding required active substances for the different stages of tissue regeneration, and the joint action of the repairing factors can be well brought into play.
