Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of medical biology engineering, and relates to a tissue engineering prostatic cell micro-capsule and a preparation method thereof. The tissue engineering prostatic cell micro-capsule adopts a sodium alginate-dendritic stabilizer component-polyethylene glycol structure, cells are wrapped with sodium alginate in an inner layer, and dendritic polyethylene imine anddendritic polylysine serve as stabilizers. Compared with common polylysine, a network structure is complicated, cross-linking points are more, and the mechanical performance of the micro-capsule is improved. The outermost layer of the micro-capsule comprises a polyglycol chain segment unilaterally fixed to a dendritic stabilizer component, and the micro-capsule functions in inhibiting protein andcell adhesion as the micro-capsule has a sliding performance. As polyglycol is a material tending to be ‘invisible’ in a human body, the micro-capsule can inhibit fibrosis to a certain degree, and thesurvival time of active cells is prolonged. The cell micro-capsule can help a prostatic cancer patient to overcome various physiological dysfunction and improve living quality.
