Preparation method of conductive polymer matrix graphene compound porous scaffold

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of tissue engineering and biomedical materials, and discloses a preparation method of a conductive polymer matrix graphene compound porous support. The preparation method includes the steps: 1) performing silk degumming to obtain regenerated silk fibroin (RSF) water solution, and concentrating the water solution to reach a certain concentration; 2) taking graphene oxide (GO)/ethanol water as a receiving pole to perform electrostatic spinning on the RSF water solution to prepare a RSF/GO composite fiber scaffold; 3) treating the RSF/GO scaffold by a hydrothermal method to prepare RSF/reduced graphene oxide (RGO) composite fiber scaffold. Compared with the prior art, the GO is introduced into the RSF fiber scaffold in the forming process of a fiber, a composite fiber with a shell (GO)-core (RSF) structure is prepared, and the GO is reduced in situ by a hydrothermal method, so that the scaffold has electrical conductivity. The method is less in preparation step and simple, preparation raw materials are common and low in cost, chemical pollution is omitted, and a tissue engineering scaffold with electrical conductivity and biocompatibility is formed.
