Integrated device with biological living tissue 3D printing function and tissue cell culturing function

Abstract

Provided is an integrated device with a biological living tissue 3D printing function and a tissue cell culturing function. A bionic tissue engineering incubator is provided with a liquid inlet and aliquid outlet. A lifting platform for bearing printed tissue is arranged in a cavity of the incubator. A 3D printing device is located on the incubator. The free end of each mechanical arm of the printing device is provided with a printing nozzle. An internal thread sleeve is fixed at the lower end of the lifting platform and is in sliding fit with a sealing element in an axial hole in the bottomof the incubator. A driving motor is located below the incubator. A rotating shaft of the driving motor is matched with the internal thread sleeve through a screw. A guide slide rail is arranged in the incubator. The lifting platform is in sliding fit with the guide slide rail. The 3D printing device, the driving motor and a heater are all controlled by a computer software control system. The driving motor is controlled by the computer software control system to drive the lifting platform to gradually descend in the 3D printing process, so a printed tissue gray body descends to be soaked in aculture solution in the incubator, and the printing plane is kept above the liquid surface of the culture solution.
