High-strength nano chitin/polyacrylamide/zinc acetate composite conductive hydrogel and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention discloses a high-strength nano chitin/polyacrylamide/zinc acetate composite conductive hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparingnano chitin; (2) dissolving acrylamide, zinc acetate, a cross-linking agent and an initiator in deionized water, and dropwise adding acetic acid and a sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH valueof the solution to 6-7, so as to obtain a precursor solution; and (3) adding nano chitin into the precursor solution, and carrying out uniform ultrasonic treatment and then polymerization to obtain the composite conductive hydrogel. The method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, simple and fast preparation process and low energy consumption, and the prepared hydrogel has good mechanical strength. According to the invention, natural renewable chitin is used as a raw material to prepare the hydrogel with high mechanical strength, good fatigue resistance, high biocompatibility, good biodegradability and conductivity, and the hydrogel has wide application prospects in the field of biomedical new materials such as flexible electronic skin, soft drivers, tissue engineering and the like.
