Abstract

The invention discloses a controlled-release nanometer cellulose antibacterial microgel preparation method, which comprises: (1) preparing a TEMPO oxidized nanometer cellulose colloid; (2) preparing anisin solution; (3) placing the TEMPO oxidized nanometer cellulose colloid into a polytetrafluoroethylene mold, adding the nisin solution into the surface layer of the TEMPO oxidized nanometer cellulose colloid in a dropwise manner to form a hydrogel, and soaking and washing with deionized water to obtain a nanometer cellulose antibacterial hydrogel; and (4) adding deionized water into the hydrogel, and treating for 5 min by using a mechanical dispersion method to obtain the controlled-release nanometer cellulose antibacterial microgel. According to the present invention, the method has characteristics of simple process and environmentally-friendly raw materials, and the prepared nanometer cellulose microgel has good controlled-release antibacterial performance, and has wide application prospects in the fields of agriculture, medical materials, tissue engineering and the like.
