Abstract
The invention relates to a main control valve body for engineering machinery and a sand burying molding mold thereof. The sand burying molding mold comprises a sand box and a core, wherein the core isarranged in the sand box, a cavity is formed between the core and the sand box, and two risers and gates are arranged on the sand box; the mold is characterized in that the sand box is made of compacting chromite sand mixed with resin sand; the risers are high-heating necking risers with fai 120*150, and the diameters of the riser necks are 60 mm; the core is made of Jinying B570US chromite sand,the core is formed by assembling a plurality of core bars, the assembly gap is 0.1 mm, one core bar of the core is a main core bar forming a main hole of the valve body, the main core bar is a hollowpipe with fai 18, and the side surface is perforated; and the gates are side gates. The casting defects such as shrinkage cavity, shrinkage porosity, internal air holes and the like of castings, especially the defect of internal micro-air holes of the castings are overcome, the internal tissue compactness is improved, and no leakage is achieved under the high-pressure working state with a rated pressure of more than or equal to 35 MPa.
