Abstract
The invention discloses a non-toxic and harmless high-strength high-heat resistance hemicellulose foam composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method includes the steps of: (1) dissolving hemicellulose in water, conducting heating stirring till dissolution to obtain a hemicellulose solution, and dissolving a cross-linking agent and citric acid in the hemicellulose solution to obtain a mixed solution; (2) dissolving PVA in water, and conducting heating stirring for dissolving to obtain a PVA solution; and (3) mixing the mixed solution with the PVA solution to obtain a cross-linked product, performing cooling molding, and then conducting washing and drying to obtain the foam composite material. The foam composite material provided by the invention is easy for processing, hasexcellent mechanical properties, good restorability and high heat resistance, and has wide application prospects in the aspect of functional materials taking a foam porous material as a substrate, like shock-resistant and compression-resistant materials. Besides, the foam material is free of toxic and harmful substance residue, thus having great application potential in the aspect of human healthrelated materials, like tissue engineering materials, biomedical materials and the like.
