Abstract
The invention provides a mechanical dynamic regulation and control chip for a single cell total environment. The chip provided by the invention comprises a micro-fluid control layer, a piezoelectric vibration layer and at least one single cell pool and is characterized in that the micro-fluid control layer and the piezoelectric vibration layer are integrated on the chip; the mechanical dynamic regulation and control of a fluid medium with single cells is carried out by regulating the direction and flow velocity of the micro-fluid of the chip; and simultaneously, the mechanical dynamic regulation and control of an extracellular matrix with single cells is carried out by regulating the amplitude and frequency of the piezoelectric vibration of the chip, thereby simultaneously realizing the mechanical dynamic regulation and control of all environments with single cells on the chip. The chip provided by the invention aims to solve the problem of difficulty in dynamic regulation and controlof an environment in a single cell mechanics technique, does not have mechanical dynamic regulation dead zones, has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience and flexibility in operation and high flux, can be used for discovering the biomechanics characteristics of cells in time and space and is suitable for being applied in wide fields such as biomechanics, tissue engineering, drug screening, clinical medicine and the like.
