Abstract

The invention discloses a 4-(2-methylacryloyl)-7-oxo-1,4-high-hydrogen oxazepine, a preparation method and applications thereof. The preparation method provided by the invention adopts piperidone hydrochloride as a raw material, and the 4-(2-methylacryloyl)-7-oxo-1,4-high-hydrogen oxazepine is prepared by acidating and selectively oxidating the piperidone hydrochloride. The 4-(2-methylacryloyl)-7-oxo-1,4-high-hydrogen oxazepine is a novel high-hydrogen oxazepine monomer which contains functional side groups. Aliphatic polyester, which is multi-functional and has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, is synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of the high-hydrogen oxazepine monomer. Various drug molecules, some active molecules, and high polymer materials which are sensitive to acid or heat can be inputted into functional groups of the side groups. Therefore, the 4-(2-methylacryloyl)-7-oxo-1,4-high-hydrogen oxazepine of the invention has broad applications in high polymer targeted drugs and tissue engineering.
