3D (three-dimensional) bioprinting preparation method for tissue engineering meniscus scaffold

Abstract

The invention provides a 3D (three-dimensional) bioprinting preparation method for a tissue engineering meniscus scaffold and provides a novel technological method for tissue engineering meniscus research. The method includes the steps of 1), constructing a three-dimensional model of meniscus so as to obtain a CAD (computer-aided design) data model with multi-layer sections; 2), preparing a degradable biological scaffold material P (LLA-CL); 3), adding the scaffold material P (LLA-CL) into a cartridge of a 3D bio-printer, and printing to obtain the three-dimensional meniscus scaffold capable of loading cells according to the CAD data model; 4), injecting growth factors into the three-dimensional meniscus scaffold through the 3D bio-printer so as to obtain meniscus tissues; 5), completing meniscus transplantation.
