Abstract
The invention provides a 3D printing skin model and an establishment method thereof and belongs to the technical field of tissue engineering. A plurality of first through holes of which the interiorsare communicated are formed in a subcutaneous fat layer of the 3D printing skin model, the first through holes pass through upper and lower sides of the subcutaneous fat layer, a plurality of second through holes of which the interiors are communicated are formed in a corium layer, and the inner diameters of the second through holes are sequentially increased from top to bottom. The establishmentmethod of the 3D printing skin model comprises the following steps: extracting skin images of a patient, and carrying out three-dimensional establishment so as to obtain a three-dimensional digital model or directly establish a three-dimensional digital model of a skin model; and according to the three-dimensional digital model, sequentially printing a support structure, the subcutaneous fat layer, the corium layer and an epidermal layer in a Z-shaped or single section type printing route, thereby obtaining the 3D printing skin model. The 3D printing skin model is cultured by using a culture medium. By adopting the 3D printing skin model obtained by using the establishment method, cells can be uniformly distributed in a material, and the obtained skin model is approximate to a real skin structure of a human body.
