Abstract

The invention discloses a 3D printing porous hydrogel scaffold with an antibacterial function and a preparation method of the scaffold. A scaffold body is prepared with a 3D printing technology and formed by depositing porous cubic units constructed by hydrogel fiber layer by layer, the surface of the scaffold body is modified with an antibacterial polypeptide layer, and the antibacterial polypeptide layer comprise components including heparin sodium and polylysine, is used for improving the bioactivity of the scaffold body and realizes an antibacterial drug carrying function. The preparationprocess is simple, the hydrogel is endowed with uniform pores and the good antibacterial effect, the bioactivity of the hydorgel is improved, the infection prevention purpose after tissue repair is achieved, and the scaffold is expected to be promoted and applied to tissue repair and reconstruction engineering such as cartilage repair, angiogenesis, skull repair and the like on a large scale.
