23 Jul 3D printing PCL(Polycaprolactone)-Cu bone tissue engineering scaffold and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention discloses a 3D printing PCL(Polycaprolactone)-Cu bone tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The 3D printing PCL-Cu bone tissue engineering scaffold is prepared byperforming 3D printing on poly-epsilon caprolactone PCL and copper chloride as raw materials. After the 3D printing PCL-Cu bone tissue engineering scaffold is implanted into a human body, PCL as a biological absorbable material is gradually degraded, and Cu is released so as to promote osteochondral generation; meanwhile, due to a porous structure of the scaffold, bone ingrowth can be induced, and finally, bone defects caused by orthopaedic trauma, tumor and infection can be repaired. The 3D printing PCL-Cu bone tissue engineering scaffold disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, controlled shape and micro-structure, reliable mechanical performance, controlled ion release performance, convenience in implantation, small trauma and low cost.
