3D printing method for bone tissue engineering scaffold

Abstract

The invention provides a 3D printing method for a bone tissue engineering scaffold, and is characterized in that the 3D printing method comprises the following specific steps: (1) firstly mixing hyaluronic acid, polyethylene glycol, nano hydroxyapatite and a buffer solution evenly to obtain a hydrogel composite material; (2) mixing the hydrogel composite material with a cell suspension to obtain aprinting paste; (3) placing the printing paste in a bucket, and then installing the bucket on a rack of a 3D printer to print a bone tissue engineering scaffold; (4) finally, forming the printed bonetissue engineering scaffold by crosslinking through an UV light and polyoxyethylene diamine. The bone tissue engineering scaffold prepared by the method not only has good mechanical strength and biological activity, but also has significant potential in an application of bone defect repair.
