23 Jul 3D printing guar gum hydrogel stent and preparation method thereof
Abstract
The invention provides a 3D printing guar gum hydrogel stent. A preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, dissolving guar gum in ultrapure water at normal temperature to prepare a guar gumaqueous solution, adding methacrylic anhydride, fully stirring the materials, adjusting a pH value of a system to 8-10, continuously reacting the materials for 2-6 hours, dialyzing the solution, andfreeze-drying to obtain guar gum methacrylate; S2, in a sterile environment, dissolving guar gum methacrylate in a sterile PBS solution containing a photoinitiator to prepare sol, evenly mixing the sol and cartilage cells, performing extrusion type printing through a 3D biological printer to form a stent, irradiating the stent with ultraviolet light to be crosslinked, and obtaining the 3D printingguar gum hydrogel stent. The invention further provides a preparation method of the 3D printing guar gum hydrogel stent. The 3D printing guar gum hydrogel stent provided by the invention is expectedto become an ideal cartilage tissue engineering stent and is expected to be applied to regeneration and repair of cartilage defects clinically.
