Abstract

The invention discloses a 3D printing device and method of tissue engineering scaffolds. The device comprises a printing module, a spray-coating module, a cell implantation module, a printing platform and a temperature control module. The printing module is a squeezing printing device composed of one or more sprayer devices, and is used for squeezing printing of the tissue engineering scaffold with a three-dimensional macrostructure. The spray-coating module is a spray-coating device provided with one or more nozzles, and is used for forming the tissue engineering scaffold with a two-dimensional macrostructure. The cell implantation module is an ink jet printing device with one or more nozzles and used for spraying micro-droplets containing seed cells so as to complete implantation of cells and growth factors corresponding to the tissue engineering scaffolds. The printing platform is located under the printing module, and the tissue engineering scaffolds are formed on the printing platform. The temperature control module is used for providing an environment-controllable printing environment. The tissue engineering scaffolds which are made of various materials, formed at a time through various technologies are complex in structure can be obtained.
