Abstract

The invention discloses a 3D printed PCL-PDA-lithium ion bone repair tissue engineering scaffold and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: preparing a 3D printed PCL scaffoldthrough a melt extrusion molding 3D printing technology so that the dopamine is self-polymerized on the fiber surface of the 3D printed PCL scaffold to form a PDA coating, and loading lithium chloride to the fiber surface of the 3D printed PCL-PDA scaffold through an in-situ reduction method. The scaffold has the advantages of the existing bone repair material, and fully exerts the performances of the 3D printing technology and the scaffold material, so that the scaffold has the advantages of simple and reliable structure, controllable shape and microstructure, reliable mechanical property, controllable ion release performance, convenient implant, small trauma and low cost and can be used for the repair of bone defects after bone trauma, bone tumor and bone infection.
