23 Jul 3 Cell scaffold for three dimensional cell culture comprising agarose decelluarized extracellular matrix and collagen
Abstract
The present invention relates to a 3-dimensional cell culturing cell support and, more specifically, to a 3-dimensional cell culturing cell support including agarose, decellularized extracellular matrix (ECM), and collagen. Cell culturing using the 3-dimensional cell culturing cell support and, more specifically, to a 3-dimensional cell culturing cell support including agarose, decellularized ECM, and collagen according to the present invention can consider interactions between cells, and can consider effects with respect to complicated biological phenomena such as the expression of an acceptor, the transcriptional control of a gene, the movement of cells, and apoptosis which occur in an actual biological organism environment. Moreover, the cell support of the present invention can be gelated just by a change in a temperature without having ion cross-linkage, is cell-friendly, does not have cytotoxicity, and has high cell culturing efficiency. Thus, the present invention can be ultimately useful in the research and development of various fields related to life science, medicine and pharmacy, and tissue engineering in the future by ensuring 3-dimensional cell culturing technology and by measuring and developing functions.
