Abstract
The present invention relates to a fusion protein coupled with fibronectin protein and bone morphogenetic protein-2, and a composition for osteoanagenesis and a scaffold for osteoanagenesis comprising the same. According to the present invention, the fusion protein coupled with fibronectin protein and bone morphogenetic protein-2 induces attachment and differentiation of osteoblasts and is effective in promoting osteoanagenesis. Accordingly, the fusion protein of the present invention can be used for development fields in tissue engineering materials associated with recovery and regeneration of teeth and bone tissue, a medicine for osteoanagenesis, etc.
